A conversation with the manager
Can you tell us a little more about you and what brought you to this point?
​
With a background in mechanical design and production technology, my story started during my education at university in Kortrijk. My skills were recognized with an award for adapting an agricultural machine within Belgian legislation.
I soon realized that sitting at a desk all day was not my calling. I switched to field work as a service technician in the agricultural sector. After a few years I was given the opportunity to work as an earth-moving machine technician.
How did DMT Equipment come about?

In 2019, after working for an employer for seven years, I decided to take matters into my own hands and became a self-employed entrepreneur in the earthmoving sector. A few years later the opportunity came to work with a mobile crushing plant for the first time, which resulted in a true passion.
Since then we have expanded this to the present day, where I can offer the perfect combination between engineering and fulfilling the wishes of my customers.
What is DMT Equipment's great strength?

With my expertise in the sector, we help our customers with targeted advice to find the right solution for their requirements and optimize their minerals. On top of that, we offer a 24/7 service, working towards a long-term relationship between DMT Equipment and our customers.

Of course I don't do this alone. In het meantime, I have created a very strong team, each with their own talents that complement each other and make DMT Equipment move mountains every day.

What are our goals and vision within DMT Equipment?
​
As a company, we want to make a valuable contribution to a greener future by engaging in sustainable product development. We also want to use raw materials efficiently by creating innovative collaboration with our customers and partners.

Our goal is to contribute to a more sustainable economy and significantly reduce the ecological footprint. We want to achieve this by developing tailor-made machines and sharing our expertise and services with companies that are committed to an improving living
environment.

How did DMT Equipment come about?
​
